The housekeeping, reception, bar, restaurant & management staff were all extremely welcoming, friendly and everyone couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is immaculate throughout, rooms were spacious, extremely clean, very well designed & comfortable, we stayed in the junior suite and a twin room, both had lovely outside spaces. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and really good food (the cheese board serving was expertly done and quite exceptional), breakfast was lovely, the outside terrace on the ground floor is a wonderful place to sit and have a drink / food as its just next to the Jeanne d"Arc Tower. I could go on, we really loved staying here in Rouen, its a great hotel.

The location couldn’t be better - a few minutes from the train station, many good restaurants and all the sites in easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful. A lot of comments mention that the car park is small and hard to navigate for big cars. I have to assume these people do not live in France! We have a big family car, but we live in the région parisienne and for us the car park was completely normal, even more spacious than some we are used to. Drive carefully of course but it is not a big problem!

Good location just a short walk from main tourist area - cathedral, churches and very extensive bars, cafes and restaurants. Rouen itself is a lovely place with streets and buildings dating back hundreds of years. Hotel is impeccable with friendly staff. We had a very spacious and spotlessly clean air conditioned room with super king and super comfy bed. Good value for money too. Lovely al fresco bar area where bar meals are served as well as drinks. We did not try the restaurant so can't comment on it. Highly recommended.

The room was amazing and very large and we loved that we could mirror our iPad onto the big tv to watch anything we wanted and that there were speakers in the bathroom. The bed was big and very comfortable. Our dinner was absolutely phenomenal and the staff there were incredible and so attentive. Good location for exploring and loved the underground parking which was a real bonus for us.

Having stayed at the Radisson Blu jn Bordeaux earlier in the week, the layout, rooms and facilities are similar. Breakfast was exceptional, wide choice of cooked and continental food along with teas. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use the spa but this was included in the cost of our room. They had at least 4 Nr EV dedicated parking spaces and chargers. Parking was €16 a day.
